A well -known political scientist says that besides Dragoș Anastasiu

Presentation of the governance program in the plenary of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies before the vote for the investment of the government led by the designated prime minister Ilie Bolojan, at the Parliament Palace in Bucharest, June 23.

The political scientist Cristian Preda considers that PSD Deputy Prime Minister Marian Neacșu needs to leave the Victoria Palace with Dragoș Anastasiu.

Cristian Preda criticized the position of PSD deputy Florin Ghigiu on Saturday, who defended Neacșu, in an intervention at Digi24, and warned that at least one change in the government led by Ilie Bolojan is inevitable.

“I hear at Digi24 the deputy pessimist Ghigiu defending Deputy Prime Minister Neacșu. Another who makes illusions. When he resigns or dismissed Anastasiu-because his departure is just a matter of time-it would be good to leave Frumușel and Marian Neacșu,” he wrote on his Facebook account.

The former PDL and PMP MEP stressed that, after the eventual removal of Dragoș Anastasiu, the presence of a criminally convicted deputy prime minister in the same executive becomes completely unacceptable.

“Because a criminal convict can no longer remain next to Bolojan, after an entrepreneur who has given eight years, and now he lies with shame, just to keep his armchair in the Victoria Palace,” Preda concluded.

Marian Neacșu's case

Marian Neacșu, the current Deputy Premier supported by the PSD, was definitively convicted in 2016 to six months in prison with suspension for conflict of interest, after employing his daughter at the parliamentary office. In the meantime, he has been rehabilitated.

PSD deputy Mihai Ghigiu told Digi 24 on Saturday that the political liability in the case of Dragoș Anastasiu belongs to Ilie Bolojan, being a “serious stain on the cheek of the government”. The Social Democrat said that the interim led party by Sorin Grindeanu does not request his resignation, but he considers that clarification is needed from Anastasiu and Bolojan.

Asked if he would have the same opinion in the case of Deputy Prime Minister Marian Neacșu, Ghigiu said: “Mr. Deputy Prime Minister Marian Neacșu was rehabilitated. He knew this world. And I did not see Marian Neacșu giving us morality lessons in public. Explanation ”, replied Ghigiu, who stressed that, as a citizen, he would like the Deputy Prime Minister to provide more public explanations.

Virgil Guran, PNL president Dambovița, said on the same television station that President Nicușor Dan has to give explanations because it was not the proposal of the Liberals for the position of deputy prime minister, specifying that he saw Anastasiu with Nicușor Dan during the election campaign for the highest position in the state. Guran gave the assignment that the Deputy Prime Minister is not a PNL close.

Guran lacked a public exit from Bolojan on the fact that the prime minister is waiting for a reaction from President Nicușor Dan.

Dragoș Anastasiu was Ilie Bolojan's honor counselor during his interim at Cotroceni Palace.

Anastasiu remained a counselor of President Nicușor Dan, and from June 2025 he holds the position of Deputy Prime Minister (independent) for reform in the Ilie Bolojan government.
