A British man, the owner of a luxury car Bugatti Veyron, went through an unpleasant experience when he went with the car, to change a trivial part. The manufacturer requested a colossal amount for a ordinary man, of 11,400 pounds (13,300 euros) for a simple repair, considering that it allows, given that such a car costs over one million pounds in the second hand, reaching even 10 million, depending on the facilities.

As the prices of the hypercar are astronomical, the dealer asked for 11,400 pounds to change a single switch for side mirrors. According to Carscoops, quoted by the promoter, the owner of the Bugatti in question is Carl Hartley, who drives a representative of supermarket cars based in the UK. He was asked, in an interview, what car he had with the highest maintenance costs. The answer was Bugatti Veyron, giving the example of a minor problem, related to a switch used to regulate the side mirrors.
