The Pole team this year again won the educational change of the Tim “Biryusa” forum “We are professionals”, bypassing large production corporations.
The shift program was devoted to the professional development of young specialists. For them, lectures, strategic sessions and master classes with the participation of experts in the field of career development, psychology, personnel management and mentoring were held.
“This year, a successful format for the selection of participants was chosen,” says Anton Klepikov, head of the Department for Strategic Development of the internal personnel reserve of the UK Polyus. – Everyone could write down the videos, tell about themselves and demonstrate the best qualities. This allowed us to see active youth not in the format of the Excel table, but with your own eyes. Within the framework of the partner program with Tim “Biryusa”, we invested in the creation of an infrastructure object called “Biryusinsky Titans” – this is an obstacle course that has become one of the competitive stages for all participants in the shift. ”
The teams were able to apply their sports, creative and organizational skills, developing joint initiatives for the development of youth policy in a corporate environment. In addition, part of the tests was aimed at checking the dexterity and speed of participants.
“For the second year in a row, the Pole team takes prizes at the All -Russian Youth Educational Forum of Tim“ Biryusa ”,” said Natalya Kasimova, director of the Department for the Selection and Development of Pole personnel. – We pay special attention to the preparation of the personnel reserve. Participation in such events allows the company to prove itself as an active and stable employer who attracts talented youth. The coordinator of the project of the department of the chief engineers of the Polyus Project project, Nicole Ilyin, who twice took part in the “Higher Sample team”, shared her impressions: “Our victory is not an accident, but a logical result due to two key factors. Firstly, we clearly distributed the tasks within the team, and secondly, each participant realized his responsibility for the overall result. It is impossible not to note the support of our curators, who gave us the opportunity to independently make decisions and helped to find creative and modern approaches. We tried to justify their trust. ”
Another member of the Pole team, a young specialist in planning and control of the budget “Pole of Krasnoyarsk” Anastasia Klyuchnikova said how to take the selection in the team: “I got to Biryusa, seeing a letter to mind. I went into the channel, examined the conditions and began to complete the tasks. I was chosen from more than 260 people. I became one of the 36 lucky ones of the Pole team at the Biryusa forum. I think that this is all thanks to my creative approach to the recording of a video forces. In it, as a “Teloport”, I moved to city locations. And at the forum itself there were so many events that I still digest the information received on educational sites. ”
According to the results of 5 days of competitions and competitions, the Polyus team took the first place in the large Cup of corporations. The youth of the “pole” again confirmed their power and initiative among 33 corporate teams.

Representatives of the Pole became experts who acted on Biryusa. So, the director of work with state bodies of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of Polyus, Sergei Gorbachev, made an open lecture “GR-improving with state bodies”, and also took part as a speaker in the work of the plenary session “Young Professionals in the Russian Labor Market”.
“The forum has been held in the Krasnoyarsk Territory annually since 2007 and has already rightfully earned the status of a significant youth event in Russia. For the second year, I have been coming to the forum site as an expert and glad to share their accumulated knowledge in my field with initiative young specialists from different regions of the country. I am sure that the corporate participation of youth in such events is an unconditional key to the successful future of any organization, ”said Sergey Gorbachev.
It should be noted that the head of the Department for Strategic Development of the internal personnel reserve Anton Klepikov, Vice President for Digitalization and Operational Efficiency Sergey Kazantsev and the head of the Department for Digital Analysis of Business Processes and Data Lyudmila Brilliantova also made lectures and master classes on the forum.
