After a long day, the legs can be very tired, swell and hurt. This is especially felt by people who work standing or many walking during the day.

You can get rid of severity in without expensive creams and masseur. There are several simple and affordable home ways to quickly restore lightness and comfort to the legs.

After work or prolonged walking, just lie down for 10-15 minutes, raising your legs above the level of the heart. You can put them on pillows or take them on the wall. Such a pose contributes to the outflow of blood and reduces swelling, returning the legs of lightness.
