
The joint pain is a real pandemic that raises a lot of questions, and the main one: is it possible to help yourself in such a way that you can do without expensive drugs? The author of the Zen channel “Rehab.you” (16+) told how to independently reduce the pain in the joints. At the same time, he emphasized that it is only about relief of pain, and not about the way of complete healing.
Change in nutrition. This measure is aimed at combating excess weight and rejection of products that negatively affect the joints. Harm the joints:
- Potatoes, pepper and eggplant due to solanine, which is able to provoke gastric pain, sleep disturbance, nervousness and articular pain.
- Fatty meat contains substances that lead to a series of inflammatory processes in the joints.
- Shipbuilding, canned food, sweets, buns and other pastries contain phosphates that disrupt the acid-base balance, and this affects the density of bone and cartilage.
It is not necessary to abandon these products completely, it is enough only to reduce their use. In the diet, it is necessary to include products that are useful for joints: fatty fish, fruits, berries and vegetables, linen, chia, nuts.

If you understand that the pain does not subside, but only intensifies, then it is time to replace the exercise with something else.
