From January 1, 2026, instead of a tax certificate, Russians will issue an extract. This was reported by the Federal Tax Service in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Extract Contains data on the surname, name, patronymic, date of birth of the taxpayer and TIN. Her You can get online. The document is signed by an enhanced qualified electronic signature and has the same legal force as the paper certificate with the seal of the tax service.
Already issued certificates remain valid – Replace them is not required. Extracts will begin to issue for those citizens who began registration with the tax office before January 1, 2026, but completed the procedure after.
Notices of registration or deregistration are also abolished. Instead, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (the Unified State Register of Legal Entities), an extract from the state register of accredited branches, representative offices of foreign legal entities and an extract from the USRIP (the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs) will be used.
