Discovery of the largest oil and gas deposits in Poland


Central European Petroleum (CEP) has been operating on the European market since 2006. The company's headquarters has been in the Canadian Calgary, enterprises are conducting search and consigning activities focused on conventional oil and natural gas deposits, especially in the EU territory. In addition to Canada, the company has subsidiaries in Germany and Poland.
The head of Central European Petroleum is Rolf Gregor Skaar, a manager with the experience of working three decades in such industry giants as Shell and Equinor. Experts from the area of geology, geophysics and finance work on the CEP board.

Projects in Poland and Germany
Polish subsidiary Central European Petroleum Ltd. Sp. zo. o. has been operating since 2018 and is based in Warsaw. JHey activity in the Baltic Sea is based on the search concession “Wolin”, which covers the land-Morski area in the vicinity of Świnoujście. The company is registered in the National Court Register with a symbolic share capital of 5,000. PLN and has one real beneficiary – Anna Margaret Smedvig from Norway. As for the Wolin East well, it was also attended by Zenith Energy, specializing in managing drilling.
Central European Petroleum has also had the exclusive Guhlen production license in Berlin since October 2017, which covers an area of 330 sq km and has been awarded for 30 years. In 2015, CEP signed a contract with PGNiG (Polish Naftowe and Gazownictwo) covering a well in the Lubben SW project in Brandenburg. CEP covered 39 percent in it shares.
