Global anti-aging therapies have been the subject of numerous studies and research investigating their benefits and effectiveness. These studies and research have brought to light a number of exciting discoveries and demonstrated that anti-aging therapies can have a significant impact on health and quality of life.

For example, a study published in the journal “Aging Cell” showed that human growth hormone (HGH) therapy can improve quality of life and have beneficial effects on physical and cognitive health. Another study published in the journal “naturally” highlighted the benefits of transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy in the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.

Top stocks in the rejuvenation industry

According to PwC, the rejuvenation and antiaging therapies market was valued at $25 billion in 2020 and could reach $44 billion by 2030. If we include diagnostic services, biohacking, nutraceuticals, and premium clinics, the estimates rise to $60–70 billion.

“We are witnessing the birth of a new industry at the intersection of biotechnology, genetics and artificial intelligence – an emerging sector where early discoveries can generate hundreds of billions in market capitalization. Longevity investing is a strategic move and a visionary bet on the future of medicine. For conservative investors, allocating 5-10% of the portfolio to ETFs and companies big pharma is a balanced decision. Those with a higher risk appetite can consider selective positions in high-potential biotech companies”, explains Radu-Iulian Pădurean, Network Development Manager at Freedom24.

Freedom24 analysts have selected biotech companies that are innovating in the longevity industry and offer promising investment opportunities:

Recursion Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: RXRX )

Recursion is at the border between AI and biotechnology, using the Recursion OS 2.0 platform to process huge volumes of biological data and accelerate new drug discovery. Although it posted a loss of $171.9 million in Q2 2025, revenue grew 33% and its technology has attracted major partners such as Sanofi, Roche, Bayer, Nvidia and Merck. It is a “high risk – high potential” investment based on the transformation of the pharmaceutical industry through artificial intelligence. If clinical data in 2026 is favorable, RXRX could increase by 30–40%.

Voyager Therapeutics (NASDAQ: VYGR )

Voyager is a leader in neurotechnology through the TRACER™ platform, which enables drugs to cross the blood-brain barrier — a critical element in the treatment of diseases such as Alzheimer's and ALS. It's a bold bet on a revolutionary drug delivery technology. If even one product successfully passes clinical trials, the potential for growth over the next 3–5 years could be exponential.

Geron Corporation (NASDAQ: GERN)

Geron moved from the research phase to actual revenue generation with the FDA approval of Rytelo – a treatment for myelofibrosis, a rare form of blood cancer. Q2 2025 revenue reached $49 million, beating expectations. It is one of the few biotech companies that is already making a profit, with an estimated growth potential of 25–35%, especially if the European authorities also give the necessary approval.

Denali Therapeutics (NASDAQ: DNLI )

The Transport Vehicle platform developed by Denali allows drugs to penetrate the protective barrier of the brain. Its lead product for the treatment of Hunter syndrome is under priority review at the FDA, with a verdict expected in January 2026. With a solid scientific basis and a major near-term catalyst, Denali is close to a breakthrough commercial success.

PacBio (NASDAQ: PACB)

Pacific Biosciences develops state-of-the-art DNA sequencing systems critical to personalized medicine and aging research. The company collaborates with Novogene and the Singapore Cancer Center on oncogenomics projects. As a technology provider in the longevity industry, PacBio plays a critical role in the medical infrastructure of the future.

Anika Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ANIK)

Anika develops innovative solutions for orthopedics, such as the Hyalofast biomaterial – intended for cartilage regeneration. It is targeting a billion dollar market in the US and is scheduled for launch in 2026. With 17% growth in the Regenerative Solutions segment, this niche player is close to a major commercial milestone.

Ocugen (NASDAQ: OCGN)

Ocugen focuses on gene and cell therapies for eye and joint conditions. Its lead drug, OCU400, is in phase 3 clinical trials for retinal disorders, and OCU410 targets age-related macular degeneration. It's a high-risk investment, but one with significant potential—if clinical trials are successful, the payoff could be considerable.

ITeos Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ITOS)

ITeos is developing immuno-oncology drugs in partnership with GSK. Its lead asset, EOS-448, has Phase 2 results expected in late 2025. While it is a speculative bet, the risk is mitigated by partnering with a high-caliber pharma player.

ETFs and thematic funds:

• ARK Genomic Revolution ETF (ARKG) – approximately 15% exposure in companies operating in the longevity segment.

• iShares Nasdaq Biotechnology ETF (IBB) and Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV) – more conservative options with predominant exposure to companies such as Pfizer, Roche and Amgen.
