Agrarians of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will be shared by the costs of remuneration of labor and residence of students-practitioners

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Territory summed up the selection of recipients of subsidies for reimbursement of part of the costs associated with remuneration and residence of students of agricultural specialties involved in practice.

Subsidies for a total of more than 3.6 million rubles were received by agricultural producers of the region, who accepted 32 students into practice. These are future veterinary doctors, livestocks, masters of agricultural production, agronomists, agricultural engineers and other specialists.

Last year, a student of the Uyarsky agricultural college of Polina Mashukova, last year, was practiced at Thainskoye OJSC of the Kansky district with a degree in Veterinary Medicine.

“My mother works as an operator of machine milking at one of the enterprises, I knew that now there are not enough veterinarians, so I chose such a profession. At the livestock complexes of the enterprise, we practiced in different directions – we were engaged in the prevention of endometritis in cows, conducted animal treatment, and at another department we treated calves and cows. This was the first experience of treating animals under the strict guidance of mentors, ”says Polina Mashukova, who, after the end of the technical school, works in a specialty at one of the agricultural enterprises of the region.

Practice prepares students for real work in the chosen specialty. Often, during industrial practice, young people decide after graduation to work at the enterprise.

Subsidies for the payment of labor and residence of students are one of the components of events that are implemented in the region as part of the federal project “Personnel in the agricultural sector” of the National Project “Technological Support for Food Safety” to increase personnel security in the agro -industrial industry. “Within the framework of the federal project, agricultural producers and organizations that process agricultural products in rural territory can reimburse up to 90 % of the costs associated with remuneration, as well as living students. In addition, the agro -industrial complex enterprises receive subsidies for reimbursing part of the costs of the student, targeted contracts, ”said Larisa Beletskaya, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The next selection of recipients of subsidies for the payment of labor and residence of students during practice is scheduled for September 2025.
