We disclose PKW data with a system of forces in election committees. Where can the anomalies see?

Business Insider reached this data and analyzed it. Let us remind you that the controversy was caused by the emergence of a number of committees, which after registration obtained the right to indicate members of the regional electoral commissions, but did not register the candidates in the election. Did their representatives influence the election result? Can you talk about a significant advantage of a particular committee? The maps we have prepared, divided into municipalities, show very well what base they have individual parties, and where it is not profitable to spend the night counting the electoral cards.

Lots of white spots at Sławomir Mentzen and Grzegorz Braun
The PKW data shows that in 32,1437 regional election committees there were a total of 266,648 members. A candidate for a member of the District Electoral Commission can be submitted by any registered committee – regardless of whether he has issued his candidate in elections or not. Persons reported by a total of 44 election committees accounted for nearly 90 percent. all members. The election commissioner in the first place from among them draws members of the committee.
If there was a shortage of members, he ran out of people who reported themselves. If someone wants to become a member, they can go to the electoral commissioner, also through an electoral official. Importantly You can only be a member of the commission in the voivodship where you live.
The PKW data shows that the distribution of members of the commission on behalf of Rafał Trzaskowski and Karol Nawrocki in individual municipalities all over Poland is more or less even. There are white spots in both Trzaskowski and Nawrocki. Representatives of the KO candidate were not in committees, e.g. in the communes of Zgierz (Łódź Voivodeship) and Kobierzyce (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship), and President Elek did not have anyone in committees in the commune Zabierzów (Lesser Poland Voivodeship) or Kuryłówka (Podkarpackie Voivodeship).
Interestingly, members of the committee reported by Magdalena Biejat and Szymon Hołownia also appeared in most municipalities in Poland. Sławomir Mentzen and Grzegorz Braun had more white spots in committees.
This may indicate that the parties that have had extensive structures in the field for years, such as PSL or Left, which is supported by former SLD activists, have more filled committees than the parties that are just building these structures.
On the maps we present data from all committees in a given commune. It is difficult to present all 32 thousand. commission.
Other committees are strong, but in the group
For the purposes of the analysis, accurate data in individual municipalities was presented only for the main candidates who had a significant election result in the first round, i.e. Rafał Trzaskowski (31.36 percent) of Karol Nawrocki (29.54 percent), Sławomir Mentzen (14.81 percent), Grzegorz Braun (6.34 percent), Szymon Hołownia (4.99 percent), Adrian Zandberg (4.86 %) and Magdalena Biejat (4.23 %) (4.23 %).
We got representatives of other committees in regional committees and showed together. It is worth noting here that members of the committee from the election committees of candidates who took part in the election were OK. 73 percent Members reported by the committees of: Trzaskowski, Hołownia and Biejat were approx. 30 percent In turn, members from among committees associated with the right side of the political scene constituted 36 percent. In turn, members of committees whose candidates did not take part in elections, who arouse the greatest controversy, constituted only about 16 percent. On the map, however, we took them together with representatives of Krzysztof Stanski committees, Joanna Senyszyn and Marek Jakubiak. Hence At first glance, they seem to dominate. However, they dominate because they are grouped, and they rarely constitute more than 50 percent. Commission members in individual municipalities.
Here, people from outside the election committees dominate
If there was a shortage of members from among those reported by election committees, the election commissioner draws more of the people who reported themselves. Our analysis shows that most such members sat in several tourist municipalities, e.g. Krynica Morska (76.9 percent), Bukowina Tatrzańska (50 percent) or Cisna (38.9 percent) Dso -called individual members were in cities, e.g. in Gdynia (60.8 percent), Warsaw (51.3 percent) and bagel (e.g. in Stare Babice 63.7 percent), in Poznań (31.7 percent) and to Poznań Suchy Las (57 percent).
What can this testify to? First that It is simply not profitable for the inhabitants of large cities to count votes all night. The secret of the polyszynela is that committees are reported to the committee by people who want to repay for help during the campaign. Usually the same people sat on committees in the first and second rounds. As a result, you can earn PLN 875 gross. The chairman of the Commission (PLN 1525) receive slightly more. In small municipalities, this is a serious supply of the budget for a maximum of four days of work, not necessarily in cities. On the other hand In tourist regions there may be a need to increase the number of members due to the expected attendance among tourists.
Below we also show accurate data how many people were reported from individual committees, and how many were appointed to the election committees in the second round of presidential elections.
Chairman without influence on the result of the vote
Data on members of the election committee was also analyzed by the authors of the report entitled “Forgery or false alarms? Statistical control of the results of the second round of presidential elections 2025“prepared at the request of the Batory Foundation. They also clearly stated that Systematic deviations of the results depending on the composition of the Commission were not observed, which undermines hypotheses with mass impact on results through personal manipulation.

Moreover, the authors of the report also analyzed the influence of the chairman's belonging on the Commission and showed that he was trace. “It is impossible to see any disturbing phenomena – all deviations are within the limits of logic,” the authors of the Batory Foundation reported.
