According to “GW”, Adam Bodnar plans to appoint an investigation team that will check the results in 296 regional election committees. “On Monday, orders for prosecutors from the region will be issued immediately,” says the source of the journal.
“On Wednesday, Bodnar in a letter submitted to the Supreme Court demanded that the voting cards be inspected in 1472 regional election committees. They were committees that Dr. Krzysztof Kontek, associated with SGH, anomalies researcher, read in his analysis,” reads.
The authors of the text emphasize that the prosecutor may examine the voting cards when he conducts the proceedings. “The Code of Criminal Procedure regulates the principles of inspecting evidence. On the other hand, the legal assessment of irregularities or abuse the prosecutor may only perform in the pending criminal proceedings. And to initiate it, there must be a reasonable suspicion of committing a crime. The announced appointment of an investigating team means that such proceedings have already been initiated or will be initiated on Monday,” we read.
