The event was informed by the privan channels on the telegram, disseminating the recording of this incident on the web – it was made with a webcam probably located on the chest of the gendarmerie officer. The topic was also undertaken by Agencja.
Judging by the recording, the event occurred right at the Military Inspectorate of the Motor Inspectorate (WAI) – there were also Russian officers and representatives of the Military Gendarmerie. However, they did not decide to intervene when the Chechens beat their colleague – they stood, as if nothing had happened.
The recording shows how an officer of the military gendarmerie explains to a man with a patch with the inscription “Talib” that the driver stopped by him broke traffic rules and refused to show documents. “Talib”, however, did not accept this explanation. – You never break the rules? He asked. After the negative answer, the conversation ended.
A few minutes later, however, a man in Czarna Toyota Land Cruiser came, who introduced himself as “older”.
– Are you so hard, ku*wa? He asked the police officer. After that, “Talib” began to beat him, even when he was already lying on the ground. – What is this disrespect?! – shouted the indignant Chechen soldier immortalized on the video. At the end of the material, the attacker turned to the police officer. – Show us away again, and then we'll see. You asked for it yourself. You wanted to do it a long time ago.
According to data from the age, the agencies man who introduced himself as “older” is 35-year-old Ruslanbek Towzajew from the town of Przełomajskaja in Chechnya. In 2013, he was a member of the special branch of “TErek” of the Ministry of the Interior of Chechnya, in 2021 this unit was transformed into a “Achmat” battalion.
Ahmed Dudajew, Minister of National Policy of Chechnya, publicly wished Towzajew to his birthday. According to social media The military maintains close relations with the leader of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov and his closest relatives. The opposition Czech channel Nyso wrote on a telegram that by mid -2023 Towzajew managed the protection of Kadyrów's nephew – Hamzata.
The striker with the nickname “Talib” is a 34-year-old Sowbanow shaman, also from Przełomajskaya. Since 2019, he has published photos in social media in military uniform.
Not the first time
It was not the first argument of this type between the Chechen and Russian military – Similar incidents in Russian regions and in the territories of Ukraine occupied by Moscow are regularly reached. For example, in June a video appeared on the web, in which one of the fighters of the “Achmat” unit shoots a grenade launcher towards the store in Sazdy in the Kurski region.
On June 3, the Chechen security forces were kidnapped by blogger Arega Szczepichin at the Jarosław station in Moscow. Earlier he spoke negatively about Chechens and Islam. Szczepiechin was beaten, but soon – a present that the case gained publicity – he was released. Police officers detained the attackers, but quickly released them, while the blogger himself went to the detention center.
In August 2024, monitoring cameras registered how Chechen fighters plunder the telecommunications salon in Głuszkowo in the Kursk region.
In January, hackers from the Cyber Resistance group (cyber resistance) published data testifying to the existence of an informal network of representatives of Kadyrów in Russia, which helps Chechens avoid criminal liability. The investigation showed that this system works thanks to the support of high -ranking people in Moscow, who depends on maintaining the fear of the Russians against Kadyrowiec.
