In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 44-year-old man got a job and repaid many thousands of alimony debt after the arrest of the car. This was told in the GUFSP of Russia in the region.
The unemployed resident of Krasnoturansk did not pay alimony to maintain his 17-year-old son and accumulated a debt of 246 thousand rubles. The bailiff applied a number of coercive measures in relation to the negligent father, after which the man partially paid off the debt, paying less than 70 thousand rubles.
In order to oblige the debtor to pay the entire amount, the bailiff established the whereabouts of his personal car Hyundai Solaris, and then arrested this vehicle.
“The measures taken by the bailiff led to the result: the man repaid the whole duty.
