In winter, we often lack energy, so we want to eat and sleep all the time. Hence the lack of activity that our body needs. We tell you how to deal with sleepiness, not limit yourself in food and maintain your figure.
1. More protein
Without protein products, metabolism becomes worse, which means losing weight is more problematic. As a result, the eaten goodies are quickly deposited in the sides. To avoid this, eat foods containing protein – chicken, fish, eggs, dairy products. The main thing is that the products need to be stewed, boiled or baked. Less fried! But don't overdo it: too much protein can harm your body.
2. Spicy dishes
Oddly enough, spicy food helps produce endorphins, burn calories and even fight viruses! Also, after eating such food, we quickly sweat and expend energy. But this method of “losing weight” is not suitable for everyone: if you don’t like spicy food or have problems with the gastrointestinal tract, then refrain from the idea of savory food.
3.More movement
Winter is a great time to start exercising. Join a gym or just enjoy this time of year to the fullest: go skiing, skating, or snowboarding. The main thing to remember is that in order to keep fit and feel better, you need to add more activity. “Movement is life,” it’s not for nothing that they say.

4. Watch your diet
It sounds corny, but it's effective. By overeating on fast food, whose calorie content is through the roof, you can easily gain excess weight. Therefore, review your diet: more vegetables, less flour and sweets. Replace your favorite chocolates, buns and donuts with nuts and dried fruits – they definitely contain more vitamins. Don't overeat or eat at night. Better yet, switch to proper nutrition.
5. Warm clothes
Do you feel like cabbage in winter? What did you want? Don't freeze! But “cabbage” has a plus: moving in warm clothes, we spend a lot of energy – it turns out to be a kind of workout. Don't be afraid of heavy down jackets – they are great helpers in losing weight
6. Hot food
Soups, drinks – everything should be hot. This will help keep you warm, improve digestion and satisfy your hunger. It is better to drink drinks before meals, so you will quickly feel full. Cold treats, such as ice cream, are best left until summer.
7. Healthy sleep
Getting enough sleep is important. Sound sleep stabilizes our emotional state and improves metabolism. For the body to recover, 8 hours is enough, but of course, everything is individual for everyone. If you don't get enough sleep, health problems may begin, including with hormones that affect weight.
8. Warm baths
Have you heard that baths and saunas help you lose weight in winter? So: it's true! Taking warm baths, visiting baths and saunas helps you relax perfectly. And also strengthen your immune system and just have a good time.
