As reported in the Saturday communication of prosecutor Anna Adamiak, on Friday the prosecutor – authorized by the Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar – he became acquainted on Friday with the files in which there were protocols of re -conversion of voting cards in 10 peripheral election committees: Kraków, Tarnów, Katowice, Strzelce Opolskie, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Olesno, Grudziądz, Grudziądz, Grudzią Kamienna Góra, Wieniec-Brzycić Kujawski, Gdańsk.
The PG spokeswoman said that the analysis of the inspection shows that in seven out of ten committees there were votes cast for individual candidates for the office of president, “which resulted in the erroneous assumption that Karol Nawrocki obtained a larger number of votes in these districts, while the election cards were recalculated by the election cards. It has been specified that it is about the regional election committees in: Krakow, Strzelce Opolskie, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Oleśnie, Grudziądz, Wieniec-Busty Kujawski and Gdańsk.
The prosecutor's office reported on platform X that a total of irregularities occurred in nine out of 10 committees. “In view of the next irregularities in the election process, the Prosecutor General will strive to clarify all doubts raised in the protests, Clacing, if necessary, to recalculate the electoral cards again” – PG spokeswoman was announced in a message.
In justified cases, as indicated, preparatory proceedings will be initiated in order to determine all the circumstances and make their legal assessment.
On Friday, spokesman for the Supreme Court Aleksander Stępkowski said that the number of all election protests could reach 50,000.
