The first way is to wash with running water from the tap. The second is a special composition with chlorine, and the third is a solution of baking soda. Ordinary and chlorinated water retained the level of pesticides, nitrates and parasites the same, nothing has changed. Only the last option reduced it to a norm safe for humans. Soda not only quickly cleanses the surface, but also destroys the pesticides and eggs of worms.
How to wash correctly
Add 1 tablespoon of soda to a container with 1.5 l. water, mix. Dear fruits and vegetables in this solution for 15 minutes. Then rinse them thoroughly under running water.
Do this every time, and you will eat only clean products, without pesticides and chemicals. Of course, we are not talking about those fruits and vegetables that you grow at the dacha itself.
