Worse moods in the Polish economy. Release are being prepared


The labor market is getting less optimistic for employees. According to the CSO's economic situation, the GUS economic situation shows that apart from the tourism industry (accommodation and gastronomy), in all other more companies, it plans to dismiss than employ new employees. The worst situation is in retail trade: 5.1 percent plans to increase employment and 11.1 percent. dismissal of employees.
It does not look good in wholesale trade (9.6 percent wants to slow down, and employ 4.6 percent) and in construction (11 percent will slow down and employ 6.5 percent). The industry is also on a negative side when it comes to employment (10.8 percent wants to slow down and employ 8.5 percent. Only the accommodation and gastronomy industry thinks more about employing than about layoffs (6.2 percent wants to slow down, and employ 9.5 percent).
This study does not include the finance sector.
Only finances and tourism positively

From the positive in May to negative, the moods in retail (-0.9 points) have changed, in this stores have a blacker vision of the future than a month earlier -a decrease by -1.5 points of the prognostic component compared to May, although year -on -year improvement by 1.8 points.
The future is also evaluated by transport (-4.5 points) and this is worse by 0.4 points MDM and 1.7 RDR points, although the reality of the entrepreneur from this industry see slightly positive (+2.9 points).
The information and communication industry (-0.7 points) is also negative for the following months, although the current component is very positive here (+19 points) and it is even more positive than in May and in June last year.
Definitely good moods prevail only in accommodation and gastronomy and in the financial industry. Here, both the prognostic component and the total indicator are on the positive side and very positive. In the finances, the total indicator (prognostic and diagnostic component) was 25.3 points and was 2.7 points higher than in May 5.4 points than in June 2024, and in the tourist sector the total indicator has grown to 17.3 points, i.e. by 3.8 point month to a month and 5.9 points year.
