In the KNF data you can see an interesting employment trend. At 146 thousand people employed in the industry as many as 91 thousand He works in headquarters. Meanwhile, the proportions were the opposite a decade before a decade. More people worked in the network of facilities than in the headquarters. Currently, banks are eliminating less profitable branches, because more and more people are using electronic channels. Their format is also changing – from traditional “box office windows” they evolve into meeting points with advisers.
