In Krasnoyarsk, the court sentenced the director of a commercial organization for the theft of 5 million rubles in preparation for the Universiade 2019. This was told in the prosecutor's office of the region.

In 2018, a contract was signed between the Siberian Federal University and LLC SIBRIAK SK SIBIRAK LLC for the creation of a “perimeter of security” for the “universiade” facilities worth 380 million rubles.

The final executor of the contract was the LLC NPO “Automatics”, the director of which actually managed the subcontracting company Avior Inginiring LLC.

“The Director of Automatics went to the trick: he installed all -weather entry control cabinets, but with low characteristics and cost. Nevertheless, the acts of the work performed were prepared as if everything were completed according to the terms of the contract, ”the press service of the supervisory authority said.

Makhination cost the budget of 5 million rubles. The head of the company ordered the money at his discretion.

The defendant did not admit guilt, but he had already compensated the damage to the suit of the prosecutor. During the hearing, he insisted on improved characteristics of the cabinets during the supply and suggested that the university employees could abduct pre -equipment.
