In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 33-year-old resident of Sosnovoborsk is suspected of causing a fatal injury to a 19-year-old motorist.
The conflict between them occurred on June 12 at about 23 hours on one of the city streets. According to investigators, the attacker approached the car stopping at the intersection at the intersection at the red signal of the traffic light and accused the driver of shortly before that he had not missed him at an unregulated pedestrian crossing.

According to the preliminary conclusions of the forensic examination, the death of the motorist occurred as a result of asphyxia.
Currently, the raider has been detained, a criminal case has been instituted against him under Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, which entailed by negligence of the death of the victim), the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being decided. Investigators continue to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
