
If you are tired for a day at work, but the family requires dinner, and I myself want to please yourself with something special, you can do Chicken in Chinese. You can swallow the tongue unusual! Imagine how caramel and garlic smells in the kitchen, a chicken in a brilliant sauce is shocked in a pan, and the whole family sits impatiently and waits.
Crispy chicken recipe
- First, take chicken breast, cut into large pieces, add garlic, 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix well and leave to pickle for 15 minutes.
- We throw 1 egg and 2 tbsp. tablespoons starch, mix again.
- 1 cup of flour and interfere again.
- We heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan or pan and fry the chicken in portions so that the crust is crispy. We put it aside on a paper towel.
And now magic – collect the sauce.
Fry the onion slightly, add chicken broth, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 ketchup and 1 vinegar (4, 3, 2, 1, is easy to remember). Mix and bring to a boil. They thickened with starch, boiled again, threw the chicken there, a couple of minutes – and here it is: a golden, enveloping each piece of icing.
