Both sugar and alcohol can be consumed without health risks if consumed in moderate quantities, said the Minister of Health, Alexandru Rafila.

“In small quantities, no one is harmful”, Rafila said, referring to sugar and alcohol.

Asked what he prefers between sports and diet for a healthy lifestyle, Rafila chose the diet, offering the following argument:
