The Rosseti Siberia branch – Krasnoyarskenergo is involved in the agreement on the creation of the Energostart cluster on the basis of the profile colleges and technical schools in Divnogorsk, Nazarov and Sharypov.
The new educational program will begin work in the framework of the regional project “Professor for all”, created on behalf of the Governor of the region Mikhail Kotyukov.
The Energostart cluster implements a system of continuous personnel support of young specialists – from entering colleges to employment to jobs in the energy industry, the project noted the value of the project Deputy Minister of Education Artyom Petenev.
Employers participate in the PRODUSTION for all project will allow graduates with special practice-oriented education. And to students of colleges and technical schools – to acquire practical skills in a specific specialty while studying.
“Technical school programs have been developed for our professional requirements and specific specialties. For example, in the Nazarovsky energy -building college, with which we have been cooperating for many years, a special training training ground was organized. It is completely equipped with equipment, identical to the one on which graduates have to work directly at our enterprise. In addition, students can pass the exam for a second group on electrical safety during their studies, immediately after issuing the necessary tolerances and quickly start work as part of the brigade, ”said Julia Kuznetsova, head of the Rosseti Siberia branch, Krasnoyarskenergo, the head of the Rossi Siberian branch.
For example, in the current academic year, the Nazarovsky Energy Building College plans to recruit a group of 25 students under the request of a branch. This means at least 90 % of graduates with professional technical education and honed practical skills in three years will be able to begin work in the energy company.
