A criminal case was opened against the man who intentionally knocking down a man of Krasnoyarsk

In Krasnoyarsk, a criminal case was opened against a driver who intentionally moved a man on June 2 at night.

The Investigative Department of the IC of the Russian Federation recalled that on the night of June 2, an accident occurred on Partizan Zheleznyak Street, as a result of which a pedestrian was shot down. It was not possible to save the man, he died in the hospital.

Investigators found that the culprit of the accident hit a person intentionally. He stopped the car on the road and entered into a conflict with a man who wandered around the roadway and interfered with the passage of other cars. According to preliminary data, a 53-year-old pedestrian could be drunk. During a quarrel, a 33-year-old driver began to move and intentionally moved the man.

On this fact, a criminal case was opened under the p. “A” h. 1 tbsp. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder). The suspect was detained, the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being resolved. Currently, all the circumstances of the incident are established, the necessary investigative actions are carried out.
