The Russian IT Holding T1 launched the production of a domestic software and hardware automation complex of technological processes (PAK ACS TP) Silaron. The release is carried out on a contract basis on several industrial sites.

When reaching the design capacity, approximately by 2030, the company expects to produce 300 thousand modules per year. Already this year it is planned to release up to 3500 for experimental and industrial operation, then the production of the APS of the TP will be launched in Cheboksary, Kaluga and Minsk.

ASS TP Silearon is a modern Russian DCS class system (Distributed Control System).

The first venue for the production of PAK was the Izhevsk Radio Plant (IRZ) – one of the leading enterprises of the electronic industry. IRZ production covers the entire cycle: from the manufacture of boards and assembly of modules to testing and conducting FAT-testing (Factory Acceptance Test) with the participation of customers.

The launch of production “Silaron” is associated with a change in the structure of the Russian market. The care of foreign manufacturers released the DCS class segment of about 21 billion rubles. Industries with continuous technological processes – petrochemistry, metallurgy, energy – need reliable solutions. PAK “Silaron” has already been included in the GISP, an examination of the CCI has been conducted.

“The inaccessibility of foreign equipment is critical for industrial enterprises: companies do not have access to updates and technical support, which creates risks for safety and stability of production. According to some estimates, in 2024, the market for the ACS of the TP in industry amounted to 120 billion rubles, and by 2027 it will reach 218 billion rubles, that is, the annual increase will be about 27 %. This is the most promising and desired product for import substitution in the industry segment, ”said Alexey Fetisov, general director of IT Holding T1.

“Today, the solutions for the automation of technological processes are experiencing a high -quality fracture. After the departure of foreign vendors, Russian enterprises, especially in petrochemistry, oil refining and chemistry, were faced with acute necessity in modern, flexible and scalable management systems, ”comments Mikhail Knockin, Executive Director of T1 Integration.
