“You look like Stephen the Great!”

- The European U21 Championship will take place in Slovakia, between 11 and 28 June, and the Sports Gazette will move a team of four reporters on the spot. GSP journalists are also present in the Austrian training period.
- Romania U21 was placed in group A, along with Spain and Italy, two of the favorites winning the tournament, plus the host country Slovakia.
Two days before the verification test with Georgia, Tavi Popescu, Ianis Stoica & Co. I progressively increase the intensity of the training in the Austria internship. The meeting on Monday, started around 6:00 pm, was prefaced by a stretching half held by Pancu's collaborators in the improvised room near the training ground.

“Tricolorii”, who started the cantonment from last week, They warmed themselves to the bike, then rotating all the other fitness devices they had available. A specific circuit commanded by Pancu's collaborators, the man who was developing, on the lawn, the strategy related to the training itself.
Cordial jokes before Pancu “let go of dogs”
The tension is not yet felt before a final tournament, the players have become relaxed on the training ground, where there was time for jokes or small shocks between teammates. “Tavi, you laugh when you go out on the field, and you are always serious,” Tachinat Pancu on the “decar” from FCSB, while the players shook the boots before training.
Pancu also joked with Ianis Stoica, one of the team leaders, whom he had in the past after a reaction in Hermannstadt to Măldărășanu: “You are hard in your mouth when you take a coach at the conference,” Pancu said, in joke.
“I prefer to talk on the field,” Ianis Stoica replied, slightly embarrassed.

Pancu's firm speech: “Feel the joy of football! No fear!”
On the lawn, immediately after the activities in the room had ended, Daniel Pancu gave an intense speech to the players.
Pancone spoke to his own players about the importance of the match with Italy, the first from the Euro, as well as the particularities “Squadra Azzurra”, which we will face in Trnava, on June 11: “We have to enter with the development, to feel the joy of football. Without fear, otherwise we have nothing to look for at a final tournament.
Enter the smile on your lips, they have nothing to do! ”, Pancu told them, the one who also had Lucian Sânmărtean and Marius Niculae, former caliber footballers in the Romanian championship.
“Treat at most everything you do in training! They can change the system during the game, but primarily is what we do individually. Things are simple from my point of view. We will defend ourselves more heroic than ever.”Pancone also told them.

At the training session, four Romanian supporters established in Bad Loipersdorf and surroundings, two of them come to the official yellow shirts of the first representative.
Flotings for Losts 😁
Immediately after a series of sprints, Pancu ordered an exercise meant to test the reactions of the footballers, the ability to make decisions in a fraction of a second.
Blessed, but connected to each movement of his students, Pancu was held by jokes with the players when the group coordination exercise did not go out according to the established regulation. The losses had to “execute” 15 floats, for the fun of those involved.

“It's slow, everything is slow!”
The most anticipated segment of the training session was the one when the players eventually received the ball. “Tricolor” was asked to perform combinations in speed, having a single movement in Type-Măgăruș games.
It was the moment when Pancu gave up the jovial disposition earlier. The coach followed all three groups and permanently stood with his students. He gestured disapprovingly when the players' movements did not fully thank him, then he was addressed in a grieved tone: “Lent, we are slow!”.
“Did you understand? Come on, let's not look like Stephen the Great!”, The coach shouted in the direction of his students.
After about 20 minutes, the players moved to the large training ground, where Pancu distributed him in trees. There followed the most intense part of today's meeting, also with the ball, which Pancu held private, away from the eyes of the media representatives. The wait is close to the end, the last test before the euro is tomorrow, with Georgia U21, in Vorau.
