In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, three men were deprived of citizenship for the crimes committed. This was told in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region.
All of them were involved in drug trafficking. One of them also illegally sold weapons.
So, a 55-year-old man lost citizenship. In 2016, he was convicted of preparation for a crime and illegal production or sales of narcotic drugs. The Abakan city court sentenced him to 8 years in prison.
The citizenship of a 33-year-old man who received a Russian passport in 2005 was also terminated. He was planted for 8 years in the same articles.
In addition, a 52-year-old man was deprived of citizenship in 1998. In 2019, he was condemned for illegal circulation of weapons and drugs. The court of the Rostov region made him punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 3 years 2 months.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that work in this direction continues.
