The police in the municipality of Hunedoara have opened a criminal case for the crime of rape, after a person claimed that a teacher from the locality had maintained sexual relations with a student.

The girl is a student in the class that the teacher is leading, notes Agerpres, and the deed would have happened in September last year.

According to the County Police Inspectorate, 44-year-old teacher, is suspected of inviting 16-year-olds to the house, and after consuming alcoholic beverages, the two would have maintained sexual relations.

A criminal case for rape was opened
