In Tomsk, more than 120 residents received a ban on traveling abroad from the bailiffs due to debts on receipts. This was reported by RIA Tomsk with reference to the deputy general director of the energy sequence activities of TomskRTS JSC Irina Sergievskaya.

According to her, on May 1, 2025, the townspeople owed 2.25 billion rubles for heating and hot water. This is 29 million rubles more than a year earlier. In addition, another 300 million debt was accumulated by Tomsk enterprises.

“With the help of the bailiff service, 53.5 million rubles were collected from debtors for heating and hot water. The bailiffs produced 48 arrests of property of debtors, including arrested 12 cars, three non -residential premises and four residential. Since the beginning of 2025, 123 people have encountered a ban on departure from the country, ”said Irina Sergievskaya.

The company has transferred information about 6 thousand debtors to the National Bureau of Credit Stories. Those citizens whose data are on the “black list” of banks will be more difficult to get a loan.
