In Krasnoyarsk, 36 children with cleft lips and the sky were operated for free. They have already been discharged. Newslab was told about this in the Krasnoyarsk Regional Clinical Hospital.
Recall that from May 11 to May 18 a charitable campaign of the “Give Smile” foundation was held in our city. An international team of doctors, led by one of the leading Russian plastic surgeons, Khasan Bayev, arrived in Krasnoyarsk. Together with the doctors of the regional hospital, they performed 50 operations, since some children needed several at once.
“All children are discharged in satisfactory condition without complaints and complications. This is the result of the fact that all operations were performed at an impeccable level. We gave detailed recommendations on how to behave after discharge. All participants in the action received a contact phone where you can contact if questions arise, ”said Andrei Simonov, head of the maxillofacial surgery department.
The Krasnoyarsk Regional Clinical Hospital noted that such promotions help doctors exchange experience with international experts, improve teamwork skills and treatment technology.
