The Disciplinary Commission within the FRF decided on Wednesday to sanction the Rapid Bucharest football team with a sports penalty of 60,000 lei and to ban the presence of supporters at the last stage of the Superligi play-off, at the travel match, with the University of Cluj.

The sanctions were established following the incidents registered during the Dinamo-Rapid match, score 0-0, from the 8th play-off, the organizing team being also sanctioned, with a sports penalty of 56,952 lei, informs Agerpres.

“SC Dinamo 1948 SA Vs. FC Rapid 1923 – incidents – pursuant to art. 82.1 and 3.B, related to art. 83.2.c, with the application of art. 54.2 of the RD, the SC Dinamo club 1948 with a sports penalty of 11,250 lei. Pursuant to art. 82.1 and 3.A and C, related to art. The Club Dinamo 1948 SA with a sports penalty of 56,952 lei. The FC Rapid Club 1923 with a sports penalty of 25,312 lei. The sanction for the most serious deviation provided by art.

During the same meeting it was decided to sanction the teams of the University of Cluj, with 15,000 lei, and FCSB, with 11,250 lei, following the incidents from the direct match of the 8th play-off, won by 2-0 champion.

“AS FC University Cluj Vs. FC FCSB – incidents – pursuant to art. 82.1 and 3.A and C, related to art. 83.2.d of the RD, the club AS FC Cluj University with a sports penalty of 15,000 lei is sanctioned. Pursuant to art. 82.2 and 3.A and c. Related to art. of 11,250 lei ”, writes in the decision.

Also for the incidents, the Petrolul Ploiești team was also sanctioned following the match with Otelul Galați, from the 8th stage of the Superligii play-out, won by Galatians with 3-1: “ACS Petrol 52 vs. ACS SC Otelul Galați-Incidents-Pursuant to art. 87 of the Media Regulation, related to art.83.7 RD is sanctioned the ACS Petrol 52 club with a warning and sport penalty of 3,000 lei ”.
