“The city architectural bureau has begun work. The task of the bureau is to monitor the architectural design of the city and its planned buildings.

The Bureau of the Regional Committee of the CPSU considered the issue “On the work of cultural institutions of the region to prepare for the 100th anniversary of the birth of V.I. Lenin.” The adopted resolution noted that the cultural institutions of the region carry out a certain work on the communist education of workers, preparations for the 100th anniversary of the birth of V.I. Lenin. 86 Lenin lectures work in the region, thematic evenings, readings, oral magazines, film festivals dedicated to the life and activities of V.I. Lenin are organized. With the participation of cultural workers, 50 Leninist rooms and museums were created.

Work was intensified to strengthen the material base of cultural institutions. 18 new buildings of cultural houses and clubs were built, 13 more clubs are being built. The regional committee bureau obliged the Office of Culture and Oblovprof to take effective measures to improve the work of cultural institutions, the implementation of complex propaganda methods in the main areas of the ideological, political, labor and moral education of workers.

“He came to Birobidzhan from Belarus to relocate in 1932. He remembers how he stopped, having settled down from the echelon, on a patch of flat land – now on this place the station area.
The director of the sewing factory under construction was a serious guy, and he invited Mikhail to head the personnel department, but the cabinet work soon bored with the active Zlotnikov, and he went to the construction site, where he met primarily pumps for pumping water, Kirka, an ax and a shovel – with the ill -wide instruments of the builders of those years.
The second large construction site of Mikhail Lvovich is the artel “Detail”. When the first batch of cars arrived in the city, he mastered the profession of a driver and for several years drove a forest from the taiga, a laughter stone, concrete … This work was also connected with a construction site.
For twenty -three years it was given only to the Birobidzhanstroy trust.
He remembered the day forever when, with a camp bag behind him, in the uniform of the senior lieutenant, returning from the war, he cheerfully walked along the familiar streets of Birobidzhan. Rejoiced in spring, sun, life.
Soon he got a family. Birobidzhans know well the wife of Mikhail Lvovich. Veteran of medicine, Maria Vladimirovna Karpovskaya for many years gave the work of protecting the health of her fellow countrymen.

“… His migrant parents arrived in the village of Babstovo when he was a baby. Here he grew up, became a hairdresser. In his work book, one single entry:” He was hired by a hairdresser.
In the first days of the 1941 Nyun, Isaac Grigoryevich was called up for the actual service. Here he found the news of the attack on our country of Nazi Germany. In October 1941, the eleventh fascist army burst into the Crimea. One part of it was thrown to storm Sevastopol, the other headed east, towards the Kerch Peninsula. And Kerch defended the Kerch naval base and the troops of the 51st Separate Army, in which Private Shmukler fought by a signalman.
I. G. Shmukler participated in the battles near Rostov-on-Don, Elney, liberated Belarus, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania. He ended the war in East Prussia near the walls of Koenigsberg. The whole war, Isaac Grigorievich was on the forefront … The soldier’s family archive contains the Order of the Red Star, glory of the second degree, medals “For the capture of Koenigsberg”, “For Courage”, “For Military Merit”, “For the Defense of the Caucasus” others.
After demobilization, Isaac Grigorievich returned to his native village, where his wife, children, parents were waiting for him …
The villagers of Isaac Grigoryevich chose twenty -two times as a deputy of the village council of people's deputies. From 1970 to 1974, Communist Schmukler headed the local party organization. “
