In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the court sentenced the 36-year-old man for the theft of credit money issued to his lover's father. This was reported in the police in the region.
Law enforcement officers learned about the situation directly from the victim. The 63-year-old man told the law enforcement officers that 155 thousand rubles were abducted with him. The police found out that the pensioner gave his card for temporary use to the roommate of his daughter. Recently, the couple broke up, and the man got back.
“Soon he began to receive notifications of repayment of credit obligations, although he did not draw up any loans. Later, the man went to the bank and specified about the debt, it turned out that several loans were issued on his card, ”law enforcement officers said.
The police established the whereabouts of the former lover of the pensioner’s daughter, the attacker pleaded guilty. The man explained that he lent a bank card from his failed father -in -law to pay his wages. But later I decided to get a loan, as I had access to a mobile bank and knew that a relative of a cohabitant did not use it.
In total, from June 2023 to February 2024, he took on credit 155 thousand rubles and spent money for personal needs.
In relation to the 36-year-old resident of Yeniseisk, a criminal case was opened under Part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Theft”. The district court found the man guilty and sentenced him to imprisonment for a period of 2 years 6 months with serving a sentence in a penal colony.
