Electoral legislation provides for situations that can lead to vote. Nearly 18 million voters are expected in presidential elections 2025, tour 2, to choose their president for the next five years of the two candidates in the final race for Cotroceni-Nicușor Dan and George Simion.
How to correctly apply the voting stamp in presidential elections 2025, Tour 2
According to the central electoral authority, are valid ballots expressed those ballots on which:
- The stamp with the mention “voted” is applied inside a single quadrilateral;
- The stamp with the “voted” mention exceeds the limits of the quadrilateral, without reaching another quadrilateral, and the voter's option is obvious;
- The stamp with the “voted” mention was applied several times in the same quadrilateral;
- The stamp with the mention “voted” has been applied several times, both in a quadrilateral and outside any other quadrilateral;
- The stamp with the “voted” mention is applied inside a quadrilateral, but on the ballot are registered various mentions of the voter (the vote is considered valid regardless of the mentions registered on the ballot);
- The vote is expressed in the legal conditions, but the ballot was introduced, by the voter, in the ballot box other than the one corresponding to the poll for which it is used.
IMPORTANT! The vote exercised at the polling station in the country is validly expressed also in the situation where, in the hypotheses provided above, the cough is printed on the other inner page as a result of the voting bulletin bearing the Tatov and/or the cough has been printed on the other side of the sheet where the patrol was applied to the “”.
In what situations the vote is considered null in presidential elections 2025, Tour 2
There are null ballots and do not come into the calculation of validly expressed votes:
- the ballot on which the control stamp of the electoral bureau of the polling station was not applied, until it was handed to the voter;
- ballots that have a model other than the legal approved one;
- ballots on which the stamp with the “voted” mention was not applied;
- The voting bulletins to which the stamp with the “voted” stamp is applied on several quotas or outside them, including one of the impressions of a stamp has been cut holograph or there are holographs only regarding the validity of one of them; the stamp with the “voted” mention exceeds the limits of the quadrilateral and reaches another quadrilateral;
- The ballot bulletins on which a stamp was applied with the mention “voted” that has a model other than the legal approved one.
