It was established that in 2014 a 34-year-old resident of the village of Strelka divorced her husband. Later, according to partial mobilization, he was sent to the zone with his hand-operator of the landing and scrap.

“For this, she provided false information to the military commissariat about the availability of marriage registered between them, on the basis of which she received almost 3.5 million rubles. The crime was trumped – in the archives her application for the payment of alimony was preserved and the divorce was recognized in the military enlistment office, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

The woman did not recognize the evil intent and explained the following:

“Until his death, we talked, and he called me a wife. I decided that if state institutions inform me as a spouse about payments designed for close relatives of family members of the dead on his, then our marriage is valid. ”

Nevertheless, she repented and compensated for the damage caused.
