The inscription is replaced by a card.

The fruitful land generously rewards agricultural workers for their labors. The tape shows a joyful picture of harvesting – at the experimental station, the girls take off apples, on the suburban collective farms there is a harvest of potatoes, watermelons, tomatoes. The newspaper “Birobidzhan Star” on May 14, 1982 wrote on its pages about the construction of a greenhouse complex in Birobidzhan. For the purpose of the construction, large funds were allocated – more than 5 million rubles. It is planned to build a modern greenhouse complex with an area of six hectares. The creation of the Birobidzhansky state farm, which is based on the greenhouse complex will become the practical application of the food program, nominated by the Central Committee of the CPSU. The construction of the complex began in February 1979. For the Birobidzhan greenhouse, the customer received all the equipment three years ago.
To manage the construction of the CPSU, the CPSU created an operational headquarters. He regularly conducts weekly glider, to a certain extent coordinates the actions of the builders.
