Ukrainian and Russian Delegations Collaborate on Humanitarian Mission in Oleksky

Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets announced the launch of a humanitarian mission aimed at delivering aid to civilians stranded in the city of Oleksky and ensuring their safe evacuation.
