The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has stated that it has not lifted the speed restrictions for Starlink services within the country. As of this morning, there are still reports of connectivity losses occurring at speeds of 161 km/h. The defense forces and specialists from the Ministry continue to monitor the performance of Starlink and Starshield lines and are documenting their findings.
