“Fresh, gentle, bright and very tasty,” his author said about a strawberry dessert.
Ingredients:
- one packaging of cookies “Savoyardi”;
- 250 g of strawberries + additionally for decoration;
- 30 g of sugar;
- 250 ml of cream 30%–33%;
- 250 g of cheese of mascarpone;
- 70–80 g of sugar powder.
Cooking
- Beat strawberries with sugar in a bleach until smooth.
- Beat the cold cream to thicken. Add sugar and cold cheese of mascarpone. Beat to a thick smooth mass.
- Dip the cookies in berry mashed potatoes and put in shape. Top slightly pour a little berry mashed potatoes.
- Put the cream, and on top – crushed strawberries.
- Again a layer of cookies, again cream.
- Decorate the top with strawberries.
- Put in the refrigerator for several hours (at least four to five).
