Ingredients:

  • one packaging of cookies “Savoyardi”;
  • 250 g of strawberries + additionally for decoration;
  • 30 g of sugar;
  • 250 ml of cream 30%–33%;
  • 250 g of cheese of mascarpone;
  • 70–80 g of sugar powder.

Cooking

  1. Beat strawberries with sugar in a bleach until smooth.
  2. Beat the cold cream to thicken. Add sugar and cold cheese of mascarpone. Beat to a thick smooth mass.
  3. Dip the cookies in berry mashed potatoes and put in shape. Top slightly pour a little berry mashed potatoes.
  4. Put the cream, and on top – crushed strawberries.
  5. Again a layer of cookies, again cream.
  6. Decorate the top with strawberries.
  7. Put in the refrigerator for several hours (at least four to five).
