Alexandru Musi Confirms Return to Dinamo: ‘I Will Be Back!’

Alexandru Musi, a 22-year-old left winger for Dinamo, has announced his anticipated return to the pitch, along with his feelings about missing out on a key opportunity. Musi stated that he expects to be sidelined for between six to eight weeks, with a hopeful return in November.
Musi sustained his injury just prior to the national team’s action, where he was included in Gică Hagi’s preliminary squad. His major regret centers around not being able to earn his first cap for the national team due to this setback.
Recovery Update from Alexandru Musi
“Recovery is going well and quickly, and I hope to join my teammates soon. While no specific timeline was given, Dr. Codorean indicated I would return in six to eight weeks,” Musi said.
He expressed the challenges of his situation, noting, “I was in good shape, but injuries are part of a footballer’s life. Fortunately, I won’t miss too many matches. We’re united, training with smiles, and that’s what matters.”
Reflecting on his national team aspirations, he added, “Missing out on the national team is the greatest frustration. I could have made the squad. It would have been my first time representing the senior team. However, I believe good things will come along eventually,” Musi remarked, according to reports.
Musi’s Performance This Season
This season, Musi has participated in seven league matches for Dinamo, accumulating a total of 487 minutes on the field, contributing one goal and one assist. He also made an appearance in the Romanian Cup. Musi joined Dinamo in the summer of 2025, following the transfer of Dennis Politic to FCSB, which also brought Dinamo a financial boost of one million euros from the deal.
