Putin consults elders on advice from Shoigu.
According to former intelligence chief Kондратюк, Russian President Vladimir Putin has been seeking counsel from spiritual elders, with Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu facilitating these interactions. “We had our own Veronika Feng Shui. Similarly, in Russian practices, there are many such elders. Shoigu took Putin to all these places,” Kондратюк stated.
He pointed out that figures like Putin inherently lack strength. During his time in the KGB, Putin did not exhibit significant organizational or operational skills. Kондратюк recalled how Putin mistakenly expected to swiftly seize Ukraine and replace its government.
Today, Kондратюк notes that Putin’s confidence is bolstered by ongoing assurances regarding the war’s prospects. “His faith is today based on what he is told: ‘Just hold on; everything will turn out well,'” he added.

Reports have indicated that during trips to Siberia, they engaged in various rituals, with Putin consulting shamans from Altai and Tuva.
