Rostelecom completed the technical renovation in the village of Tselinin, the Shirinsky district of the Republic of Khakassia, switching subscribers from copper communication lines to optical ones. This provided a more reliable and high -quality Internet connection.
“The project demanded significant efforts from our specialists. It took about six months to complete recovery of subscribers. This is another step in the digital development of Khakassia. We strive to provide customers with technologies that expand the possibilities for both the development of entrepreneurship and for home use, ”said Viktor Shusherin, director of the Rostelecom service center in Abakan.
Thanks to the work of Rostelecom, residents of the village of Tselinin can now use services and services requiring high data transfer speed. Among them are IP-telephony, interactive television and streaming video in 4K and 8K format, access to cloud platforms, video conferences and online games.
“The arrival of modern technologies in the village, where a little more than a thousand people live, is of great importance. Residents will now be able to use online services. This is especially important for young people who strives for everything new. In addition, we observe positive changes in the improvement of the territory: Rostelecom removes wooden supports from the streets, which previously housed a copper cable, ”said Tatyana Morozova, head of the virgin village council.
More than 200 supports that are not suitable for use, the provider dismantles by the end of May of this year. New communication channels are built on concrete poles, which additionally ensures their durability and resistance to external influences.
Recall, earlier, Rostelecom Key ensured the safety of apartments for 1,700 families from the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
