The Ukrainian 3rd Army Corps and its attached units have successfully regained control of 125 square kilometers, including the recent liberation of 50 square kilometers of territory.
Reports indicate that approximately 800 Russian soldiers have been eliminated, contributing to total enemy losses exceeding 3,000 personnel during the operation stages. Ukrainian forces continue to deplete the offensive capabilities of three Russian armies: the 20th, 25th, and 1st Tank Armies.
Brigadier General Andriy Biletsky shared insights on the integration of drones and ground robotic complexes during assaults. “Drones and ground robotic complexes always lead the infantry in storming operations. The 3rd Army Corps is the first in the world to deploy ground robotic complexes via parachute. Our heavy bombers deploy kamikaze drones over 10 kilometers behind enemy lines,” he stated.
Artillery and drone systems targeted command posts, communication hubs, supply routes, crossings, and enemy reserves, while air defense and electronic warfare measures protected the combat area. “Blinded enemies could not uncover the operational plans, and our units consolidated their position at liberated borders,” emphasized the Corps.
The second phase of the operation involved troops from various brigades, reconnaissance, anti-tank, and drone units, including the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade and the KRAKEN Regiment. Supporting forces included the 66th Separate Mechanized Brigade, soldiers from the 8th Special Operations Regiment, the GUR special unit “Artan,” and border guards from the “DOZOR” squad.

- Recently, Colonel Petro Horbatenko, Chief of Staff and Deputy Commander of the 3rd Army Corps, confirmed the official liberation of Sredneye and the clearing of Korov’yachyy Yar, Novoselivka, Yarovaya, and Oleksandrivka.
