Ukraine has confirmed that it proposed a ceasefire to Russia, with the offer being personally conveyed to President Vladimir Putin. This information was shared by Kyrylo Budanov, the head of Ukrainian military intelligence, in a comment to the media. Budanov expressed optimism that during the upcoming visit of U.S. officials, including Witkoff and Kushner, Russia would refrain from launching strikes on Kyiv.
