Construction Begins on First Crowne Plaza Resort in Poland

Construction has commenced on the Crowne Plaza Warsaw Zegrze Resort in Białobrzeżach, situated by Lake Zegrzyńskie, according to reports from e-hotelarz.pl. This development, executed by TMS Inwestycje and Hotel Inwest Development, will feature 256 rooms and apartments, an extensive wellness area, a marina, and a private beach. The hotel is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2029.
The resort will be built on a 3.5-hectare site approximately 40 km from central Warsaw, previously home to the Mazowsze Center, which was a significant leisure destination by Lake Zegrzyńskie for many years. Investors Monika and Tobias Solorz aim to create a property that guests will want to revisit time and again.
