Kazakhstan to Refine Oil for Russia, Energy Minister Confirms

Kazakhstan is set to refine oil for Russia, as confirmed by Energy Minister Akkenzhenov. The Condensat refinery in Kazakhstan will process Russian crude oil and distribute approximately 70% of the produced gasoline and diesel back to Russia. The remaining 30% will be retained for domestic use within Kazakhstan.
