Italy Suspends Schengen Agreement with Spain Amid Ceuta Border Crisis

Italy announced on Friday the suspension of Schengen agreements regarding free movement with Spain in response to mass border crossings to Ceuta. This action positions Italy alongside other EU countries advocating for Spain’s exclusion from the Schengen Area, a measure not currently supported by European texts.
