Ukrainian Official Condemns Russian Strike on Arms Exhibition Amid Foreign Delegations

Today marks a day of mourning in Kyiv Oblast for the victims of the Russian attack on July 24, which resulted in the deaths of 10 individuals and injured approximately 100 others.

Kyrylo Budanov described the assault as a “deliberate act of terrorism.” He emphasized the need for the highest level of security at such events, especially during a full-scale war, stating that organizers and approving authorities must be held personally accountable for public safety.

“Security must be guaranteed at the highest level. If this is absent, then the event should not take place. Unfortunately, this lesson is not the first but must finally become the last,” said the head of the Office of the President.
