The Ukrainian Prosecutor General has disclosed footage capturing the moment of a terror attack in Monaco. Although the original video from the surveillance camera had been deleted, specialists from the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) successfully managed to recover it. This attack tragically resulted in the death of businessman Yermolaev.
